Sleepmasters doesn't want to give me my new bed🤦💔🤦

I bought a bed this year it was delivered on the 9th of February 2026...on the 5th of April I logged a complaint regarding the bed coz it's making a lot of noise...I did sent everything they wanted and my claim was approved. Since then I'm calling them regarding delivery they say there's nothing they can do reason being my bed is at Groblersdal warehouse... So I have wait until the warehouse decides when to deliver my bed... it's been 2 weeks of calling them I'm so disappointed that even head office can't help me 💔💔💔🤦
