SleepMasters Doesn’t want to exchange my bed

I bought a bed from kwaMnyandu Mall branches.The bed hasn’t finish even a year but springs are coming out and it makes noise like an old bed. I have been trying to get and exchange for almost six months now. When I visit back to the store they tell me that they are waiting for stock. What a poor service . I won’t advise anyone to buy from SleepMasters. They are only concerned about you when you are bringing in money . After sale service is not available
