SLEEPMASTERS DO SOMETHING!!!!!!

My name is Tracy. I bought 4 beds from Sleepmaster in 2019. I have been complaining about the quality of the beds since August 2019. They promised to replaced the beds asap. Come October where my sister was getting married, being the fool I am, I bought another bed from sleepmasters. I complained but nothing happened. First the base broke - they removed the base and are currently sleeping with just the mattress on the floor. Does sleepmasters make cheaper versions of the good names that we are acquainted with to like Edblo and Restonic. Customer service stinks i have threads and threads of email from me to them. To date nothing, nada, zilche
