They have absolutely rude workers and their customer service is siper disappointing. We bought a bed from them on 2 February and we were promised that the bed would get it on the 4th as they deliver in 48 hours. Everything paid. The bed did not arrive. They did not call to tell us that they are not coming. My partner went there on the 5th and requested a refund because of how non chalant they were. He was told that it would take 7 to 14 days. They called yesterday (15 Feb) to ask if we still wanted the bed so obviously they haven't processed the refund and we still had to wait longer. We called head office today and they still hadn't processed it. How disappointing and not surprising at all from a second class furniture shop. So we're waiting for money to buy a bed from my son from a reputable outlet. So again, Do not buy from them, save your money and buy from well known places.
