Sleepmasters Call Centre

I bought a bed set from Sleepmasters Kolonnade and soon after receiving the order confirmation, I got a message saying the order had been delivered, of which it wasn't.

I have been trying to call their call centre, which only puts me on hold for more than 15 minutes at a time.
