Received delivery on Monday the 27th of November. We had to paint the room before assembling the head board and when we did, we realised the the headboard was damaged, which was on the 30th of November. Logged it with the sales person, Busi on the 1st of December. We received a call that same day that the new headboard will be delivered on Monday the 4th of December. Since then no calls or feedback. Called and spoke to the branch manager, Meshack on the 5th and he confirmed that he is working on it and would call us back. No return call was received. Went to the store on Friday the 8th of November. Spoke to Meshack, Busi and Grace and Meshack confirmed that he will call us back that afternoon. No calls to date. Called today****h of December), spoke to Busi. Asked her for the owners name and number. They do not have the contact number for the owner. This is worse than pathetic. I wanted to purchase the dressing table and blanket storage bin to match the headboard and asked them to call me back with the price and even that they could not do. PLEASE PLEASE, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM SLEEPMASTERS. YOU ARE GOING TO REGRET IT. I am wondering what the consumer rights are in such a case. Could I return everything for a full money back and take my business elsewhere. So unhappy as this was not a few rands. We paid almost R13,000. Cannot believe that people have such a don't care a damn attitude.
