Sleepmasters Belville

I have had a month long ********** experience with Sleepmasters Belville branch. The sales person is outrageously *********** and rude and has sold me a defective bed set. I was given store credit by the brand ambassador for this purchase as he told me that Sleepmasters Belville do not store their stock correctly, compromising the integrity of their products. The sales lady has not yet been able to sort out my exchange. She has no understanding of the processes of the company which she represents and has been avoiding giving me straight answers every time I phoned to enquire about my order. She speaks about fellow employees and warehouse personnel as if I should know them and she outright blames whoever else for her own incompetence. I will never recommend any Sleepmasters product to anyone. Stay clear and rather purchase from a known company.
