Sleepmasters bad service and rude stufff

Very bad service wrong item was delivered on the 22/12/2020 and called their call centre to report again another wrong item Protea Gardens manager by the name of Bam failed to resolve my querie only to find that the base i purchased was discontinued and he didn't advise on that i made numerous calls without assistance and went to the store landed in a very rude regional manager Merisa who didn't acknowledge and apologise for the mistake made by the store instead she threatened to hang up on me... The final decision was that i will get a refund and she will keep me updated but none of that has happened, the store manager that has beeen unable to assist spoke to me nicely on the phone when i gave back the phone to tBad service in ur store wrong Item delivered twice and now they forcing it down my throat with a rude regional manager Merisa she didn't admit and apologise for the fault made by the store instead she threatened to hang up and she's even failing to push for my refund. On the other hand the store manager (Bam) spoke nicely but when i gave the phone back to the lady that works at the store he told her he has resigned and cannot continue resolving my query
