Sleepmasters bad service and *******

Bought a bed cash at SleepMasters in Mthatha on 07 July and was told they don't have the stock will be notified as soon as it arrives. Finally when they have it on stock had to fight to get the bed and to my disappointment was given the wrong bed. I returned it the following day and gave them all the documents they requested for them to process a refund. After months of going up and down trying to get my refund and till today I never got my money back. I just found out the manager was fired and they cant find the documents. I logged several complaints and SleepMasters is telling me they can't assist me I must open a case against the ex-manager. Shame on them
