Sleepmasters bad service

This is a complaint about this shop but Estcourt where am experiencing bad service. On Thursday I went there to pay for my bed and I was told that the latest will be on Monday for a bed to be delivered but even today nothing. I was told by that lady that I will get an sms confirming a date of the delivery but even today. That shop works on working so why would they have so much delay on deliveries. If possible I would like to get my refund and go buy my bed elsewhere, I have pay R10700 so much money to be treated like this please help
