I purchased a Sleepmaster bed in November 2024 and have been extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the after‑sales service. Despite the advertised 8‑year guarantee, when I logged a complaint about the mattress, I was told I would need to pay for a replacement. This response is unacceptable and undermines the very purpose of a guarantee.

This is the second bed I have bought from Sleepmaster, and unfortunately, the quality has been consistently poor. With experience purchasing beds, I can confidently say that the durability and comfort of these products do not meet industry standards.

I strongly caution potential customers to carefully consider their options before buying from Sleepmaster. A guarantee should provide peace of mind, not additional costs and frustration.
