Sleepmasters are ***** - I would never recommend them or use them again!

We ordered goods and 5 weeks later we were still waiting. We told Sleepmasters to cancel our orders, as it was ridiculous to wait to long and we did not have a bed for our son for so long. Subsequently we asked for a full refund, since it was taking so long. We got confirmation in writing that this would be actioned. We ordered, paid and received delivery of these goods from another supplier (viz. Ericssons) within 1 week of ordering. To date I am getting calls every second day about delivery of goods from Sleepmasters. I keep saying that I do not want the goods, I want my money back. This started during the last week of July 2021. Pathetic service. Shysters.
