Sleepmasters are ***** Dealers with Bed quality beds!!!

I bought a bed Queen size from at our local Sleepmasters 2 weeks ago it got delivered at the promised date last week unfortunately i was not impressed or satisfied with the Quality of the bed at all ,i than phoned the head office and told them i need to return the bed ,this was on Tuesday the lady i spoke to assured me that i would not have to pay for delivery again hence i already did prior and that i should be refunded within 7 working days ,she took my order no. Down and told me they will reach out to me Asap ,two days later absolutely no response i than decided to send email to which they correspondence was that my complaint will be escalated and attended to Asap the week past by i sent another Angry email which they didn't bother replying to so now i dont know what to do with this bed bcoz i paid cash for it and its a waste of my money i want the bed collected and i want to be refunded but sleepmasters is clearly planning cat and mouse with me !!!!
