SLEEPMASTERS ARE *********!!!!!!

I have never in my life experienced such awful service!!!!!!!!

I bought a bed 2 weeks ago. I followed up on delivery 2 days after purchase (which was a friday) and they said the bed would be delivered the monday. I followed up again the following friday and they promised that Saturday. I followed up again the monday and was told "sorry, we can't find stock". Its now 2 weeks later and still no bed. when you phone the complaints department no one can give you an answer, they keep saying they will escalate the complaint or someone will phone you back. NO ONE PHONES BACK AND NOTHING HAPPENS. I even emailed Peter Griffiths but not even any curtesy feedback from the CEO of JDG. I honestly don't understand how they are still in business.
