Sleepmasters are a terrible company they hold customers money which are hard earned and fail to deliver as per their agreement

I bought a bed and it was suppose to be delivered a while ago and when I do follow today they are still postponing and I would like to get my refund with immediate effect and they are telling me it will take 7-14 business days before process. I have a very bad customer service with such a massive company want my refundnow
