SLEEPMASTERS Appalling service

Extremely disappointed with the service. I purchased a bed on 11 Dec 2025. Delivery dates promised for 14th, 19th, and 29th Dec — no delivery on any date despite multiple arrangements made and hours spent waiting. Tracking on 27 Dec showed the delivery vehicle close to my area, then suddenly elsewhere. On 30 Dec I was told the bed was back at the warehouse with no explanation. Numerous calls made, online chats, emails to management ignored. This has inconvenienced not only myself but others as well.This level of service is unacceptable.
