Sleepmasters and cloud nine

I bought a bedset from sleepmasters and log a call after a month because the bed was sagging a cloud nine im been struggling with sleepmasters to give me anotiher bedset paid cash and also paid for a new bedset because i did not wanted the same bedset.No response or communication nothing .
