Sleepmasters Amanzimtoti

I bought two beds from sleepmasters Amanzimtoti. They only delivered one bed of which is damaged. The other bed was not delivered because they apparently they out of stock but They had confirmed when we bought that they have enough stock. The sad part is that we must keep calling them, they never call to update the customer. I have since asked for a refund and to return the damaged bed. They now saying i must return the bed myself at my own cost because delivery was free. I have never came across a store that expects the customer to return their damaged good. The entire service offered by sleepmasters is pathetic.

Be careful when buying from them. They wont deliver on time, then they will deliver damaged goods of which you must return yourself and they will never keep you updated on anything as the customer.
