I bought a Santos queen bed with pillows on the 22nd of January 2020 and to this day I still haven't received them while I'm expected to make payments or to arrange that I go collect them from the store whilst I paid the delivery fee.

I would like to cancel the pillows I ordered with my Santos queen bed that hasn't been delivered since the 22nd of Jan 2020 and to this day have been making payments on it whilst I haven't received it.

I have been very understanding to this day and feel it's only fair to pay for what I have been using.
