Most disgusting experience ever received on the 28th of April 2021 ; at the Parys branch , and also from the Head office?? Parys branch - item priced and marked on the floor and verified as such. When busy with the transaction ; suddenly a higher price , and apology claimed that such was a mistake. Were never interested to honour the displayed floor price ; not even to verify and confirm with their Head office??? Head office telephonically contacted ; whom clearly and emphatically stated that the complaint will be resolved only after 24hrs??? Subsequently ; the branch - and Sleepmasters in general and principle , lost a +R2500 sale as I went somewhere else!!!!!
