Sleepmasters....

I bought a bed 9 months ago from sleepmasters... not even using it for 4 months now and it is making cracking sounds when u lay on it... I went back to the store 14 days ago and log a complant as to now i havent heard anything from them... This is pathetic!!!!!!! When i went to buy the bed the person was calling me 2 times to come back and now nobody is calling when its a complaint not a sale!!!
