Sleepmasters

I bought a bed in March at Khayelitsha Mall Cape town in April the bed started to make noise and the springs came out. I went to the store the lady gave me the bad attitude I was told warehouse will come and change mattress I waited almost 3 weeks when I do follow up they told me I must wait. I call head office and they advised me to wait for 21days, the warehouse deliver mattress and mattress was old and have holes I ask the delivery guy to take a picture and show them so I didn't take the bed. I wrote a complain and ask for my money back or I can do upgrade then they ask me to go to the store and do upgrade. I went on the 9th of July to do upgrade up until now still haven't received the bed. I follow up with head office 26th July they just told me tha the metter was escalated...
