SleepmasterJert pack warehouse

I brought a bed at randfontein sleepmaster last year November, around March the mattress has springs sound already I went to the branch were I bought the bed the manager is very friendly and I love her service hy because she is busy assisting me even now.i do not understand their process because when I called the head office they say they have given the warehouse authorisation for a new mattress. Am waiting for a delivery from a warehouse. The warehouse jert pack that sleepmaster is using is delaying the delivery and I called the warehouse they giving me the run arounds. Can head office help me out
