Sleepmastere at Sam Ntuli mall bad service and stuff have attitude

I went to Sleepmastere in Sam Ntuli to tell them that I bed I bought last year was faulty the springs came out of the bed. The service I got there was very poor and they just didn’t care about us as customers, the lady that assisted me was very rude and had attitude her name is Thobile and she sent me to her manager or supervisor and I got the very same treatment from her. Another customer came to pay and she was like”these customers come when we wanna knock off “ in a rude manner and the customer was sent back not helped. Me also I was not assisted and they were not interested at all to assist me. The supervisor just pressed her phone the entire time I was there. I had to ask them that can I call them tomorrow and enquire cos I’ll be at work and I knock off very late she was like mmmm imagine after spend 7 000 buying a bed and get this kind of service and even bed to have springs coming out I’m so disappointed with Sleepmastere quality and service. Your stuff is very rude
