Sleepmaster Woodmead

Sleepmaster in woodmead. They do not take customers serious and they do not live to their promises They delivered a bed that is not worth the money I spent I send them an email complaining that I am not happy with the bed. The guy who works there called me and told me it will get better its still new so I gave it sometime. I called again and told them nothing changed then they said I must go to the shop to pick another bed. I went and I did. They told me they will deliver in 2 days but nothing was done still. When I asked when am I getting the bed they said to me I must pay for delivery. I said no because it's they fault and I had paid for delivery when I bought the bed. Pls someone assist how can I escalate this matter. I want a full refund of my money plus I bought a bed sanitizer that is also not working. I have a back problem and this bed is making it worse.
