SLEEPMASTER STORE Be warned ( Sammy marks). they have ********* sales team that lies to customers.

I came to this store (SLEEP MASTER) with specific request. I saw a bed that i like, i asked the sales person(tshidi) and manager ( Rebecca) if the bed is immediately available because i need it same day. I went to length to explain that ill be having visitors so theyll need a bed to sleep at night. The sales lady assured me to pay for the bed and transport so that they can deliver immediately. She wrote my cell number and my husbands number down, assured us the driver will call us before 1pm for delivery. Time was 10am when we bought this bed and paid for delivery. We waited without any call from the driver, they only called us ( Tshidi) around 14:30 telling us they are having problems with delivery because of some papers from the storehouse, this was an explanation from Tshidi sales lady. I indicated that i wont accept that because i inquired before buying and they **** to me. She continued to lie by saying they will deliver a temporary bed for my guest because of my situation, she promised to call back. 14:48 i received a last call from tshidi and their manager Rebecca indicating that they are closing a store at 15:00 and there is nothing she can do, ill have to wait for Monday thats if Monday they will deliver. How pathetic is this service that we received from this Sleepmaster store. They sell stock that they do not have, they train their sales people to lie same with their *********** managers. Sleepmaster is such a bad store, they’ll give you bad service and apologies after that without solving your problems. Let me warn potential customers out there, dont believe what they are telling you inside that store.
