Sleepmaster - Pathetic After Sales Service

I purchased the Cozy Nights Monarch 137cm (Double) Firm Bed Set from Sleepmaster on the 21st of April 2025 and was delivered to me on the 22nd of April 2025. I have a huge problem with it as I have noticed that when we sleep on it, we can feel all the springs which leads to a very painful and uncomfortable sleep. I called and email Sleepmaster on the 10th of June where they requested photos of the bed and the problem. I sent them the photos of the bed but you cannot feel the springs in a photo. They mentioned that they will send someone to inspect it - it is now 2 weeks and not a call/ email or message from Sleepmaster. Their service is completely pathetic.
