Sleepmaster not keeping their promises

<p>In May 2016 I Lay-byed a bed which was being sold for R5 999.00 and I deposited R1 000.00 for the bed. I was offered a 6 months to pay option. A month later I was retrenched from work, meaning that i cannot pay for the bed anymore. However, i went back to the shop to ask for my refund, as i could not pay. The sales agent agreed to pay back the money after proving her with my banking details and statements. </p> <p> </p> <p>Since then i have not received anything and i have trief a couple of times to find out what is happening, but they then promised to refund me in 2 days time. To this day i have not received anything. I am quite appauled by the customer service I have received from the Soshanguve Crossing shop.</p>
