Sleepmaster layby / 30% off

I am very disappointed with Sleepmasters , i did a layby on a item that was on sale 30% off and paid the deposit and the quote online was accurate to the disscount , but when i received the layby agreement , the price was not the same 30% off that is on the online portal, i have been trying to be in contact they haven't updated me as to what is the correct order number and nobody is willing to assist i have further made a R300 payment towards my layby , but im failing to get help with my order number and updated lay by agreement. In total i have paid R400 towards this, at least they must refund me my money if they are unable to assist as the online shows a different price and the layby agreement shows full price. The last email i received was as follows no compassion to assist or what so on:
