Sleepmaster Jubilee Mall

I have been trying to apply for a refund for my layby at Sleepmaster Jubilee Mall Hammanskraal for over 6 months now. They kept sending me back to get documents and even requested me to write an affidavit and up to date I haven't received any confirmation whether my refund has been captured or not. When I call to follow-up they say "let me cal you back in 10min", and they never return the call. I am really disappointed in how they handled my matter, and I will never buy beds from them again.
