Sleepmaster is ****ming people by false adverti*****ts

I went to buy the bed in sleepmasters on the 22nd April 2023 but the bed was not in the store that day to feel the comfortability of it then the sales person order the bed. The bed is not comfortable at all yesterday 01 June 2023 I went to complain about the comfortability of the bed but they told me they don't exchange the bed when the customer is complaining about the comfort of the bed but on store that day the bed was not there so I couldn't feel the comfortability of it, I trusted the sleep masters with my first Stipend because I thought I will receive a comfortable bed from them as they advertised them selves that they're the (bed expert) my body is painful I go to back problems hence I asked the sales person if the bed would be comfortable for me and she he sold me something that does not exist, otherwise if the bed was available in their floor, I was gonna test it first before purchasing it. and I'm sleeping with my 2year old son I can imagine how his body is but he can't say anything
