Sleepmaster is a ****

Pensioner taken for granted. My mom was told to use her order number to finish paying for her bed that she laybyed that was on the begging of the month and she was told to send proof of payment and till today her order hasn't been delivered we are being given run arounds. We've been calling and was told to go to Bradlows the manager there called Daisy the manager from Sleepmaster Alexandra today she says even the person the money went into it's account is not a Sleepmaster customer how weird is that? Sleepmaster is the worst shop to do business with she tells us to email proof of payment again yet we had already done that and they failed to see that the money went into a wrong account.
