Sleepmaster in river square three rivers

Sleepmaster in river square three rivers. I received a very poor service...I even requested for my refund she told me 14 working days because its complicated but when I read on the sleepmasters website they say refunds are process 3-7 working days. Not satisfied with the service at all even the manager needs proper training when it comes to customer service she is very rude.
