Sleepmaster Gezina

On the 27/11/2025 I walked into sleepmaster Gezina, Pretoria to buy a bed. Bought a bed. Restonic king-size extra length.

1 and a half weeks later I went to the store to enquire about my bed and i was told it takes up to 2 weeks. Which is fine with me. To the manager asked me if I got my gift and I reply no I didn't get anything. So she gives me a plastic water bottle and 3 kitchen utensils. I wanted to laugh.

So I got to my car and gave the bottle to the cargaurd lady. And I told her it was my gift for buy a R12 000 bed. So we laugh again. Then she told me she bought a bed the same day as I did for R5600 and she got a airfryer, kettle and a toaster.

That was the joke of the year for me. Just because I got a bed on the black Friday and christmas promotion, just with extra length I did not get a airfryer.

When you phone there customer service an idiot that can not even speak proper English, can't help you with deliver details. So as at 10:54 months day 12 Dec 2025 I am still waiting to her from the store manager because customer service can't help. Bad very bad service. I feel like canceling the bed and go somewhere else.😡😡😡😡😤
