I have been sick with sinus since i bought the form matrass and had to return it using a trialor and my whole bedding .house was stinking ..it was blocking me and till now my nose has sores inside and my biggest problem is the store ..the head office and the warehouse are sending me from one person to another without resolving my issue..i don't have a matrass and I bought it cash in November..inahve gone to the shop at cosmo city to pay extra for a different matrass bt still i am the one having to chase them and I called the head office and they are telling me they are waiting g for credit note and I must call the shop and the shop says the head office os the one to resolve this ...its too much now..I want my matrass by end of tomorrow while I still hv someone in the house to receive it
