Sleepmaster can't master customer service

Worst experience ever. I bought a bed via Pay Just Now on the 27th August 2024 and it said delivery will happen between 10-15 days for specials orders. Guess what it is day 16 still haven't received anything.

After logging a complaint guess what it take 3 business days for them to reply you and still nobody has given me answers or helped me at all.

So my advice is to never buy from them rather make use of another company that does not give empty promises on their website. I really do not even know how they still operate as a business because the service is terrible
