Sleepmaster beds

I had the worst experience ever from Sleepmaster promonade branch there service is poor it’s been over a month I purchased a bed from them it wasn’t cheap then, 2 weeks later the bed is making noises inside the mattress is not firm as promised an when doing a complain we waiting 3weeks 4weeks now they just keep logging a call worst worst experience every an it’s not like I bought the bed it was cash. Mario that’s the bad salespersons name
