Sleepmaster are ****mers

I am extremely disgusted with sleepmaster i bought a bed in july for 11k which dented a month or two later which is getting worse by the day i logged a call which they rejected without inspecting the bed i had to send email after email till final the manager came out (which is the rep had to do) the next thing you know they want to replace the mattress with a second hand one but i bought brand new bed a total **** of a company. in terms of section 56(2) of the Consumer Protection Act there is an imp**** warranty and the supplier (company you bought from) must repair, replace or refund you. They **** people with rejects then refuse to replace or refund people do not buy anything from your hard earn money from them they a bunch of ****mers that blame each other as stuff members no accountability from the highest level of the business.
