Sleepmaster and Restonic is pathetic!

Sleepmaster is by far the worst people to deal with from the call centre to the store! My Restonic bed with a 10 year warranty only lasted 6 months! Aftwr logging my case 30 days ago constantly whatsapp them and speaking to a robot calling there call centre that hangs up on me… i finally got a date for a replacement o yes not to mention the miss match informatik. I keep getting he say she say! When they had to deliver my bed i had to take off from work only for no one to show and now these ****ers are off on a weekend so i need to wait until Monday but not for a bed but for a reason to why they didnt deliver in the first place! I am so sick and tired of this *** service and no one knowing what there process is or what is happening that i am now going to approach my lawyer as this is just unacceptable! They think people from Mitchells plain can just be treated however they want well guess again we not a bunch of ******.
