Sleeping on wires , Ouch

My husband went to buye a new double bed a few months ago not even a year that I am paying and I sleep on wires , the wires of the matress is coming out and hurts you when you sit or sleep , the base is in perfect order , no problem but the matress is useless , cant believe I am still paying and the matress is stuffed , I feel like canseling the debit order they take it so quick , but dont fix any problem , wont by there again must still buy 2 beds but not from them , thanx but no thax , quality is too bad .
