Sleepdisaster

Most frustrating experience ever.

Waited the initial period for manufacturing as advised by the in store consultant. When I followed up on my order I was told that it was in the warehouse and would be delivered soon. Waited and still nothing. Later in the week I enquired again and this time the story changed. The beds were not in the warehouse at all, they were in Durban. I have since asked for a refund but the staff keep asking for one more chance. Not entirely sure about what they expect from me. Yesterday I was ensured that my beds would arrive first thing this morning. Nope. 3 calls later and I'm told that it will arrive this afternoon. The driver has now called to tell that he will deliver tomorrow. I have arranged that the old beds be collected to make space for the new ones.

I guess we'll be camping on the floor tonight.
