Sleep Masters, what a nightmare!!

I Bought a Restonic Marvelous Middle BALI queen bed from Sleepmasters and two weeks after I started using it I started seeing sagging (they call it body impressions). I logged a complaint at the store and I was told that Restonic would be the one to contact me to assist with my complaint. Restonic called and the person I am dealing with goes by the name of Semone, she advised that I must rotate my mattress and then see what happens in 2 weeks, mind you the "body impressions" that are currently there aren't going away.

I am NOT impressed with the service. 1. why do I need to deal with Restonic when I bought the bed from Sleep Masters 2. Sleep Masters sold me a faulty Restonic bed and now I must deal with Restonic (Their supplier), only to be given a terrible resolution.
