Sleep Masters is unreliable and Sealy is not of quality as they claim to be

I have lodged a complain a couple of times with them hence this is second review I am writing about them. I spoke to Noma from sleep Masters call centre who confirmed that they are going to deliver my new base and mattress but the store manager (prudence from carnival mall) advised that they will only deliver the base as advised by the inspector and the call centre agent Noma said that they have authorized the base and mattress to be delivered to me this week Wednesday 24/07/2019.

Previously I had to explain this whole situation to the warehouse manager Bongani and the store manager Prudence but they advised that I should accept the base only and lodge a new complaint for the mattress as if I bought the bed in bits and peaces. Now there is a misunderstanding between the call centre and the store manager which is compromising me as a client and no one seems to be interested in assisting me hence no one responded to my email from last Friday and this morning.
