SLEEP MASTERS is Trashy

I bought a bed a sleep masters Soshanguve Crossing and after a while the base of the mattress got broken. I reported it immediately and they told me they will give me a new one as they acknowledged that it has faults and people kept complaining about the same thing. I was patient and understood but now it has been 5 months and then m yet to receive the new bed. They keep referring me to the warehouse and feeding me excuses, now I want a refund they telling me another BS. I’m disappointed and angry. The manager Priscilla basically told me that I should join the queue of people who have unresolved cases. I feel defeated but I’m not gonna let it go.
