Sleep masters inefficiency

I made a laybye for a headboard at a Sleep masters store at Fingoland Mall in Butterworth. I then lost my job which meant I could no longer be able to payments. In August I went to the store to cancel the laybye and was advised that my request for a laybye cancelation would sent to Head office for approval. Since then I have been sent from pillar to post and I have not received my money.
