Sleep masters Ferndale/bright water commons

i bought a mattress over a month ago at this sleep masters store, i discovered the mattress had a fault a few days after delivery so i went into the store and was told by Portia that i would receive a new mattress withing 7 days, it has now been over 31 days (a FULL month) and this is still an ongoing complaint, i have not received a new mattress, i have been given multiple ETA's all which have come and gone without competent explanation. if you are looking for a mattress this is not the store to buy on from, never in my life have I dealt with such F*****g ABHORRENT, outright *********** customer service. go elsewhere, go to Dial a bed, Bed and couch (at lifestyle) or the bed shop at Cresta, stay FAR away from this F*** up of a furniture franchise
