Sleep masters failing to deliver

I had the worst experience when I purchased a bed from Sleep masters Watergate Mall, Mitchell’s plain. They promised me the world when I made a purchase and informed me that the delivery would be on the same day. Now I’m being sent from pillar to post with the delivery. I purchased that bed for my elderly mother who has back and spinal problems due to an operation and injury. My mom is suffering while they go on about their business ignoring my delivery requests. I would Not recommend to use Sleepmasters Watergate Mall.
