Absolutely Shocking Service – Avoid at All Costs!

I am beyond frustrated with this company. Our bed has been exchanged three times due to it sinking in after just one week of use. We’ve been waiting for the fourth replacement since FEBRUARY, and still nothing has been sorted out.

Every time I call, I get told that "head office will contact you" – which never happens. It’s always a different excuse. I called on Friday and was told there’s stock take, so someone would call me on Monday – no one did. I called again today and now I’m told someone else from head office will call me on Friday or Saturday. Seriously?

This has been dragging on since August last year, when we first received the bed and started having problems. We’ve had terrible sleep for months, and the lack of follow-up, accountability, or urgency from this company is absolutely ridiculous.

If you value your money, comfort, and sanity – stay far away from this store!
