Shocking service

Ordered and paid for a bed on the 17th of December. Got a message confirming delivery on 21 December. Sold the my mother's old bed and new owner collected on the 21st. Sleepmasters did not deliver on the 21st, I then waiting hoping they would deliver o the 22nd. But they did not. I called their client centre and they logged a complaint, and just told me to call back tomorrow (23rd) at 10:00 to ask for updates. Really bad service and now my elderly mother (68 yrs) is sleeping on the floor because her bed was not delivered. SHOCKING!
