**** service and no refund !

If I could it would be 0 ! Please please please do not ordered here . Take your money and go support any other company. I ordered a bed on the 4th April . 5 working delivery days I received an sms the bed would come the 9th . No one would have been home to receive the bed so I rescheduled to the 11th . On the 11th April I called and asked if delivery would be before or after 12 as i have a few things I want to do . I could no be given a time , I then asked but it will be delivered today ? Which I received a yes . I waited till late on the 11th , tried sending an email which the emails do not exist! I tried going in store and was told because I ordered online no one in store could assist me ?! What the hell. This is 12th April . I called online and asked to cancel the order as they could not tell me if bed would be delivered next day (Monday 13th) Now we are on 13th April and I called again to ask how for the process refund is . I was told someone will reach out and it can take 7-14 days for refund . Then I received an sms my bed is scheduled for delivery the 15th April!!! This is literally a *** moment because seriously I just want my refund , I do not want the bed . We work in the week no one can receive the bed !!! This service is absolutely terrible. And I can’t get ahold of a manager, the line keeps dropping in my ear with a “rate our service “ your service is **** . I want my refund Beware ordering here if there is an issue , you won’t be able to reach anyone nor get any assistance.
